Kristina Morales

Kristina was always drawn to the health care field and always aspired to do something that helps people. She has always been a social butterfly, family woman, and big time foodie. She decided to pursue a career as a dietitian because it encompasses everything she enjoys – food, its ability to bring people together, and the way it can also help people. Throughout her years in college she volunteered for non-profit organizations such as Feeding America San Diego and American Heart Association. Her heart has always been focused on ways she can help the community and how she can inspire others to do the same. She is extremely passionate about nutrition advocacy and education. Kristina has consulted for various companies and organizations to provide her expertise in medical nutrition therapy for the geriatric population. She has also managed a
patient feeding operation in a large hospital, creating recipes, developing menus, and implementing patient focused initiatives. During her free time, Kristina loves to cook, hike, travel, or simply spend quality time with her family and friends.

 

Fun Fact: Kristina is an all around Southern California girl recently moved to the east coast to further her career & nutrition impact at the nation’s capital!
