Our relationship with food is the longest relationship in our lives, yet so often neglected.
- Carl Barnes
Carl first fell in love with food and nutrition science at a young age reading the side panel of cereal boxes before elementary school. Along the way to becoming a Dietitian he worked numerous jobs including dish washing, school foodservice, and as a food inspector among many others.
